I’m an entrepreneur. I’m a business owner. But most importantly, I’m a mother. In the past 3 years, I’ve researched vending machine businesses, product sourcing, and machine repair. Now, I work on balancing supply and demand and making it rain through sales and growth.
My inspiration for starting my own business was my family. Like most single mothers, I felt the pressure of creating a stable future for my tribe, but didn't have a clear picture of what that looked like.
I grew up in a suburb just outside Chicago. My Papa started an auto-body shop in the downtown area over 50 years ago, that is still operating today. Remembering this helped me to sustain confidence that being a business owner was something I was capable of.
Once I commited myself to that idea, I dug in and started my research. Fast forward to 2023 and I now have 5 machines inside our local mall. I am humbled and grateful every single day for the support I have received.
I never imagined myself a business owner, but here I am making it work, and building a future for my family.
